THE GROVE, Cromer: The Grove in Cromer has it all. It is family run and family friendly offering a wealth of facilities for you to enjoy during your stay, including a heated indoor swimming pool, table tennis table, 4 acres of garden featuring a children’s play area, tree house and their own private path through beautiful woodland to Cromer’ East beach and promenade where you will find the Glide Surf School, hire and shop.   It is also just a short walk from the town centre as well as within easy reach of the stunning villages along the coast.

THE GOOD SHEPHERD, Overstrand near Cromer:  The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer where you find the Glide Surf School, hire and shop. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of a private property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Outside is a separate heated shower-room, small private lawn, fire pit & bbq.  Ideal for a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples and lone adventurers.


An historic WW2 Lookout with exceptional cliff top views, now a compact but totally unique family home that can sleep up to 5 people. It is set in secluded woodland with private parking, just 300m from the east beach where you will find the Glide Surf School, hire and shop and only a 5-10 minute walk into the town centre. There is unlimited wifi, a fully equipped galley kitchen, electric radiators, shower room, iron & ironing board, a terrace with a BBQ and garden with table & chairs.  It also boasts stunning views over Cromer’s coastline and iconic pier.  Enjoy the sunset plus sunrise views and direct access to the cliff top and steps to the beach.
