WOMENS SURF PROGRAMME 1 

2hrs on Tuesday as follows:

Wk1: 3rd May 12:00-14:00

Wk2: 10th May 10:00-12:00

Wk3: 17th May 12:00-14:00 

Wk4: 7th June 10:00-12:00 (Inland SUP)

Wk5: 14th June 12:00-14:00 

Wk6: 28th June 10:00-12:00

WOMENS SURF PROGRAMME 2 

2hrs from 18:00-20:00 on Friday evenings as follows:

Wk1: 20th May 18:00-20:00

Wk2: 3rd June 18:00-20:00

Wk3: 10th June 18:00-20:00

Wk4: 17th June 18:00-20:00

Wk5: 24th June 18:00-20:00

Wk6: 1st July 18:00-20:00 (Inland SUP)

Women’s Surf Lessons: A 6 week SURF & SUP programme tailored solely to women. At our main location in Cromer you will learn the foundational skills of surfing along with an introductory inland SUP lesson at the beautiful Millfarm lake, Felmingham, NR28 0LA, just 15 mins drive from Cromer. All the lessons will be taught by our friendly female instructor Beth and geared towards having fun, learning new water skills, team building and meeting other like minded women, whilst all being grounded in water safety.  Over the 6 week programme you will build a new confidence and acquire the necessary skills in the sea so you can take to the water again with a fresh passion as a more proficient female surfer. 

-Includes all the equipment (boards, wetsuit, boots)

-All participants must be confident to swim in open water.

-You will need to bring is a towel, swim wear for under their wetsuit, warm clothes/sun cream weather depending.

-£180 for 6 lesson (includes a 20% discount) 

-If the sea conditions are flat on the day then SUP with be provided as an alternative.

-Unsuitable conditions on occasions can sometimes prevent us from running any lessons.If this happens we will do our best to re-schedule you or offer a suitable gift voucher/refund.
