Located in the quaint Victorian seaside town of Cromer, on the East promenade, overlooking the North Sea and iconic pier.

We provide daily Surf & SUP (stand up paddle board) lessons, covering all abilities with a vast range of lesson types to suit.  If lessons aren't for you then we have an extensive range of equipment to hire.  

Our surf shop stocks the industries highest quality equipment, catering from beginners to the advanced waterman.  All tried and tested by our team free surfing or put through it's paces in our school you will get the best advice and products!

If you are looking for somewhere to stay, then check out our exclusive accommodation 'Glide Surf Casa', a stones throw away from the beach, our school and shop.

Just wanted to drop a quick note to say how brilliant Beth, my daughter's surf coach for her week's Surf camp a couple of weeks ago was. Daisy is autistic and although high functioning to a certain degree still takes additional time processing instructions and can be awkward at times. I was so pleased on Day 1 when I saw and met Beth, straight away I knew Daisy was going to be in good hands and that feeling of reassurance just grew throughout the week. Ending on Friday where Beth thought that Daisy would benefit from a paddleboard for a bit and there was a younger 13 year old girl able to pitch in and help too. This was arguably Daisy's best day of the week, but super grateful to Beth for her coaching, and kindness all week. What a super star!

We definitely can recommend Glide Surf School! Our daughter had a Fun, hardworking, 2 hour lesson that was a great first time experience. We unfortunately had to cancel the second lesson which they were very gracious about. They are a good team, very friendly, extremely efficient and quick to communicate. We hope to be back!

"I’ve never surfed before today. I had my first session this morning and it was the most incredible experience I’ve had in a long long time. Everyone at Glide were friendly, and extremely knowledgeable but most of all happy in what they were doing!!! This experience will stay with me... I can’t recommend Glide surf enough. FAB! 100% recommend glide surf school! Ben went out of his way to organise for us (three 22yo) to have a surf lesson for when the conditions would be best. Thank you to the instructor for rising early to give us a lesson before we left Norfolk and getting all of us newbies standing on our boards by the end of the lesson.
